As I’ve promised it, here is a little assessment about the 21 days of meditation with Deepak Chopra. It’s difficult to sum it up briefly, but here it is ! Okay! Let’s stop it here! But I’m not tellling you the half of it… and it is only about the first week ! The second week, it was about conscious breathing, chaning habits, improving your environment, taking care of your relashionship with people.. and so many things!
